New Delhi: Superstar Akshay Kumar’s first historical, Samrat Prithviraj, by Yash Raj Films  (YRF) opened to an excellent response on Friday, June 3, 2022. Based on the lifetime of fearless and mighty Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, the movie managed to impress the audiences as Akshay essayed the titular function of the legendary warrior who fought valiantly to guard India’s freedom from the cruel invader Muhammad of Ghor on this visible spectacle. The movie collected Rs 10.70 crore on Day 1, with followers and audiences hailing the movie as a ‘must-watch visible spectacle!’

Akshay Kumar starrer had Miss World Manushi Chhillar making her Bollywood debut in a interval drama directed by National-Award successful filmmaker Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi. On a gap day, Samrat Prithviraj raked in Rs 10.70 crore on the Box Office.

Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi expressed his happiness, saying, “We are happy with the beginning and the momentum that our movie has acquired from audiences. It reveals that audiences have linked to a narrative of sacrifice and braveness exhibited by our daredevil Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan.
