WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Connect with different small farmers on the Small Farm Education Field Day on July 29, introduced by the Purdue Student Farm and the Purdue University Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.

  • Efficacy of natural pesticides to handle Colorado potato beetle and caterpillars
  • High tunnel desk grape manufacturing
  • High tunnel candy pepper selection choice and manufacturing
  • Postharvest meals security issues
  • Use of spray gear on small plots
  • Raised backyard beds for vegetable manufacturing
  • Reading fertilizer labels and calculating software charges
