Farmers in North East Saskatchewan will see some modifications going forward.
Lake Nation Co-op and Prairie North Co-op have purchased Paragon Ag Service, Ltd.
For over 20 years Paragon has been a key participant providing house farmers with crop security merchandise, dry fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia.
The settlement will see the two Co-op’s reduce up Paragon’s property which contains three ag retail web sites and two anhydrous ammonia areas.
Sherman Boland, Co-owner of Paragon Ag Companies Ltd says discovering a confederate who shares their values and can maintain the enterprise native was obligatory.
Prairie North will buy the Melfort and Brooksby areas, whereas Lake Nation will buy the Kinistino web site and an anhydrous ammonia web site shut to Gronlid.
Terry Tremblay, Basic Supervisor of Prairie North Co-op says they’ve made strategic investments to develop their ag enterprise over the earlier 12 months.
