Marsh McLennan has introduced the creation of new senior leadership positions. The firm has appointed John Jones as chief advertising officer and communications officer, and Pat Hagemann because the Office of the COO chief of employees. Jones and Hagemann will report back to John Doyle, group president and chief working officer of Marsh McLennan. The appointments are efficient July 1.

Jones joined the corporate in 2016 and presently serves because the chief working officer of Marsh. He has greater than 25 years of expertise in advertising, communications and technique.
