Workin’ Moms, the Canadian sitcom that focuses on motherhood, will finish with its upcoming seventh season. Workin’ Moms premiered in 2017 on Canada’s CBC Network. Two years later, Netflix picked up the collection, introducing it to international audiences. Catherine Reitman, who writes, directs and stars in Workin’ Moms revealed the information at this time via an official assertion. She mentioned:
“And so, it’s with love and gratitude that I’m asserting season seven as our ultimate season. The largest thanks to our companions, CBC and Netflix, for getting behind a present that factors a flashlight into the darkest corners of motherhood. To these of you who’ve stopped me on the road, to share your love of the present — I see you. I hear you. And I thanks. Go get ’em mamas.”
Reitman, daughter of late Hollywood director Ivan Reitman, additionally posted a video to Twitter the place she known as the ultimate season, a “love letter” to her followers and father.
Workin’ Moms follows Reitman’s character, Kate Foster, and her pals as they navigate the ups and downs of parenthood, friendship, and their careers. The ultimate season can even star Dani Kind as Anne, Jessalyn Wanlim as Jenny, Ryan Belleville as Lionel, Sarah McVie as Val, Sadie Munroe as Alice, Peter Keleghan as Richard, Nikki Duval as Rosie, and Enuka Okuma as Sloane Mitchell, and Reitman’s real-life husband Philip Sternberg as her on-screen partner Nathan.
