By Reuters: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke with incoming Chinese language Overseas Minister Qin Gang over the telephone on Sunday, Blinken stated on Twitter, after China final week appointed its ambassador to america to be its new international minister.

Blinken stated he mentioned the US-China relationship and sustaining open strains of communication in his telephone name with Qin.
