Columbia College proudly pronounces its first local weather science main. The ‘Climate System Science main’ launched in November 2022 within the Division of Earth and Environmental Sciences (via Columbia School and the Faculty of Normal Research), in partnership with the Columbia Climate Faculty. A central objective of the brand new main is to draw a big and numerous pool of undergraduate college students to handle the essential wants of local weather science, starting with an schooling at Columbia and its new Climate Faculty.
